To get the most from Luminous Elders, please follow these instructions.
Username & Password
The username is your chosen email address.
The password is very important. The recommendation is at least 12 to 18 characters with a mixture of character types like numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and symbols such as ? $ % ( ). If possible, do not use dictionary words.
Please remember these for when you login or make changes to your account settings.
If you forget your password, there is a Forgot Password link on the Login page.
If you forget your username email address, use the Contact Suzanne page to request a reminder. Please add your phone number as this will ease communication.
Create an Account
Please create one Account only.
Select one of the Tribes currently available to create your account. Enter your details in the form shown and then pay the requested amount. If you have a coupon then use this.
If you choose to join another Tribe, please use the same account information so you can keep track of the Tribes you have subscribed to.
Login/Logout
To login, you can use the upper menu. This is at the right top of the website.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription(s) by logging in and use the upper menu to enter Your Account area. Here, you can cancel or change settings by the Action menu (three dots). Choose Cancel or Update to change your payment card.
Workshops
Workshops are available via the Shop. These are paid for separately and so are not subject to subscriptions. Other sale items may become available as the website grows.
With the workshops, there is a PDF file to download which contains essential information. Please click on the link in the email you receive. Sometimes, emails will get caught in your spam/junk box. Please check these folders first.
