the key to birth a new human-kind, one Luminous Elder at a time.

and activation of your Luminous Body by tapping in the consciousness of water

You sense that here is more to ageing than just becoming older. You know you are called to be something else in the wisdom of your age. The next level will come from your connection to both Mother Earth and your true self.
This is a living space where every month, we will touch base three times and work twenty one days for you to learn, practice and integrate.
The fundamentals of energy work linked to the most fundamental level of awareness in order to become a Luminous Elder; that is:
- to be powerfully in your Body Temple
- to keep your life force inside of you, live grounded, earthed and connected to the most important energy field that we have access to: mother Earth’s energy field
- to understand the first primary steps necessary before you embark living aware of your Luminous Self

Here is what you will receive:
- Every month, we focus on activating an energetic aspect of being a Luminous Elders – such as working with your nervous system, connecting with the power of your pineal gland, or aligning to your light body
- Each activation includes scientific and shamanic knowledge, techniques to embody profound transformation in your life
Every activation includes:
- Three online sessions with Suzanne Michal (approx. 40 minutes) – powerful teachings and energetic embodiment
- Three replays of the online sessions so you can work at your own time and pace
- Twenty One days integration through weekly reminders, prompts so you live the work beyond just learning it
- Four online tribe gatherings (approx. one hour) – powerful recapitulation and time to share in small groups
