Suzanne offers in person workshops when she is in the community of Findhorn in Scotland.
Activating Your Universal Self
This is a two-part workshop. Any one date can be attended.
Dates: Saturday 20th June 2026 & Saturday 4th July 2026
Time: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Location: The Sunshine Room, The Park, 505 E Whins, Findhorn, Forres IV36 3TH
Cost: £30 for any one date, £50 for both dates. Booking in advance is recommend as places are limited.
To obtain the greatest benefit from the experience, it is recommended to attend both days. However, any one date can be attended.
Day 1: Saturday 20th June 2026
Suzanne will open a shamanic sacred space into which we will look into and work around the themes of:
- understanding the structure, meaning and power of your pineal gland
- how to connect with it and literally expand it into your physical body and energy field so you connect to your Universal Self
- the unhelpful energy and emotional structures that are in place in your life from you past and transform them with your pineal gland
- getting a strong embodied sense of who is your Universal Self and its potentiality
- you will be given some exercises to practise until the next workshop
There will be time for pair sharing and circle sharing.
Suzanne will close our shamanic sacred space after we have shared our gratitude.
Day 2: Saturday 4th July 2026
Suzanne will open a shamanic sacred space into which we will review and work with:
- your experiences
- strengthening your embodied sense of your identity as your Universal Self
- what are the implications of you being a universal self. How to apply this in your daily life
- going deeper into expanding and sensing your pineal gland and its merging with universal consciousness
- securing with Light exercises this connection and identity in you… and more
There will be time for pair sharing and circle sharing.
